Easy, No-Sugar Fruit Rollups Ingredients

  • 3 cups of organic fruit of choice
  • stevia

Easy, No-Sugar Fruit Rollups Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet (with lip) with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare fruit, then puree in food processor or blender until smooth.
  4. Add stevia to taste.
  5. Pour mixture 1/8″ thick on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 6-8 hours. Wait until center isn’t tacky.
  7. Lift baked fruit off cookie sheet and cool on counter top.
  8. Flip onto new parchment paper.
  9. Cut into strips and roll, and enjoy!
