Dairy-Free Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 cup xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 3-4 drops flavored stevia
  • 1 teaspoon dairy-free milk
  • Optional – natural coloring

Dairy-Free Frosting Directions:

  1. Blend xylitol and tapioca starch until powdered.
  2. Add color.
  3. Mix in milk a teaspoon at a time (might need more, depending on desired consistency).
  4. Optional – add a few drops of vanilla or almond extract.
