Dairy-Free Spinach Dip Recipe

Total Time: 20 minutes  Makes: 6-8 servings


– 1 /2 cup prepared ranch dressing (don’t add the milk and vinegar)
– 1/4 cup shredded organic, heirloom purple carrot
– 10 oz frozen, organic spinach (thawed and drained)
– 1 (8 ounce) package Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese style spread, softened
– 2 cloves organic garlic
– 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart dairy-free mozzarella style shreds

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.
3.. Scoop into glass or stone baking dish.
3. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and warm.
6. Serve with organic rice chips or gluten-free bread.
